The Solution
The BENEFITS
Provide all visitors with free, clean water to carry with them throughout the day and fulfill their essential need for water.
Avoid adding to the nine million tons of plastic, including plastic water bottles thatend up in the oceans each year (Borusiak et al. 1).
Prevent up to 400,000 single-use plastic water bottles from being bought and thrown away (Bethurem et al. 2).
Promote healthy body weight status of all campus visitors by reducing caloric intake (An et al. 715).
Increase staffs', students', and visitors' chances to use refillable water bottles (Bethurem et al. 5).
Fulfill one-fourth of the requirement for excellent drinking water on campus by providing a non-fountain source to promote a higher level of water intake (Patel et al. 1314).
Approach and Methodology
With Eco-Hydration, we only provide the highest quality water refill stations for people to stay properly hydrate while being environmentally friendly. HCC have the unique opportunity to present both students and faculty alike the chance to use our tailored refill stations for campuses, conditioned for use of masses in an academic standing.

The water I get from the refill stations is the most refreshing water I have had!
Professor Agua
I don't know why we didn't install these water refill stations sooner. Our onsite litter has decreased significantly due to lower water bottle usage.
